Most consulting starts with a six-week “discovery.” Ours starts with a coffee.

30 minutes. Free. You tell me what’s eating your time. I tell you whether agents are actually a fit, or whether you need a different fix. Most of the time it’s clear within twenty.
Build
Two-week sprint for Starter, four-to-six weeks for Full Team Build. I do the building; you stay focused on the business. Weekly check-ins, no status-meeting theater.
